How to Monitor Your ReFirmance Shipment
Step 1: Review Your Inbox
After completing your purchase, watch for two important messages:
- Purchase Confirmation: Dispatched right after checkout containing your order reference and receipt
- Dispatch Notification: Sent once your package ships, featuring your tracking reference and carrier details
Be sure to inspect your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder for correspondence from BuyGoods (our authorized commerce partner).
Step 2: Check Via Retail Partner
ReFirmance shipments are managed through BuyGoods. You can verify your shipment status directly through their platform:

Navigate to www.buygoods.com/contact to review your order’s progress. Have your order reference or the email associated with your purchase handy for quicker support.
Step 3: Track Via Shipping Carrier
With your tracking reference in hand, you can also follow your package directly on the carrier’s website:

Delivery Details
- Handling Time: Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days

Common Questions
Q: I still haven’t received my tracking reference. What should I do?
Tracking references are usually generated within 1–2 business days following your order. Please look through your spam/junk folder first. If 48 hours have passed with no email, contact our customer care team or BuyGoods directly.
Q: My tracking page shows no movement. Is my package still en route?
Absolutely. It is quite normal for carrier tracking systems to require 24–48 hours to reflect initial scans after a shipping label is generated. If no updates appear within 72 hours, please reach out to our support staff for investigation.
Q: Is it possible to modify my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to adjust your shipping address. Please write to us without delay at [email protected].
Q: The carrier says my package was delivered, but I don’t have it.
We recommend checking your porch, garage, mailrooms, and with neighbors. Carriers occasionally mark parcels as delivered moments before the actual drop-off. If you still cannot locate your shipment after 24 hours, please contact our customer care team for further assistance.
